Persona 3 Reload – February 2 (PlayStation, Xbox, PC)
The month starts with a great release. Atlus and Sega have finally released the long-awaited remake of the Japanese role-playing game Persona 3, originally released in 2006. Moreover, judging by journalists’ overviews, Persona 3 Reload is doing great: the average score is 9 out of 10. Critics note that the remake competently expands and improves the original, and its plot is fearless in discussing the original’s themes.
And two more pluses for this unusual school adventure: the game is available on Xbox Game Pass, and Persona 3 Reload also has a translation into Russian. It is an excellent opportunity to join the series if you have heard many good things about it, but have yet to play due to lack of localization.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League – February 2 (PS5, Xbox Series, PC)
Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League, where players will meet the infamous Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, and King Shark, recently released in Early Access. So far, the new product is doing well.
At the beginning of the year, journalists published a preview, and their impressions could have been more enthusiastic. So, the publisher even refused to give the media keys before the release. So, everyone had to wait until January 29-30. Only to encounter technical problems and server shutdowns.
But loyal DC universe fans were much more angry about something else. Plot. Annoying characters and the absurdity of what is happening. Boss battles are very easy for members of the Suicide Squad. As a result, Suicide Squad has so far irritated both ordinary players and DC fans. However, if the developers eliminate the main problems, criticizing the new product will become more difficult.
Atomic Heart: Trapped in Limbo – February 6 (PlayStation, Xbox, PC)
The creators of Atomic Heart in the first edition, “Instinct of Extermination,” continued the events of one of the game’s endings. Now, they are ready to tell what will happen to Sergei Nechaev if he makes a completely different decision in the finale.
In “Prisoner of Limbo,” P-3 finds himself, in general, in this very Limbo – a seemingly unreal and very unusual place. But surviving here means maintaining your sanity and, who knows, returning to reality. In Limbo, the hero faces incredible madness and even stranger enemies than usual. So, let’s see what the developers have prepared, and we’ll share our impressions of the DLC soon!
